N/G Subs are a replacement for the hazardous and costly R/A Subs. N/G Products are manufactured using a low natural radioactive source. In this form the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has deemed that N/G Products are exempt from licensing. 10 CFR 40 13 (c) provides that any person is exempt from regulation in this part and from the requirements for a license set forth in Section 62 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to the extent that such person receives, possesses, uses, or transfers among other items. In short N/G Products will not need special handling, special storage, and special transportation.
